By using the Deal On Store website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs or if a part is found to be unavailable.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed after full payment or an agreed deposit. We accept bank transfer and cash (for UAE in-store collection). Online payment options will be available in a future update. Prices do not include shipping unless stated.
Warranties
OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket parts carry a 3-month workmanship warranty from DOS unless otherwise stated. Warranties do not cover improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
DOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the parts supplied. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compatibility before installation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
