We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.
Return Window
You may return unused parts in original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, returns are accepted only for parts that arrive damaged or are incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: electrical parts and sensors that have been fitted; special-order or custom-sourced parts; parts where the original packaging has been opened or damaged; and any part showing signs of installation or use.
How to Return
Contact us on WhatsApp (+971562753231) or by email (info@dealonstore.com) within the return window, providing your order details and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the part was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, or arrange an exchange as agreed. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
