Shipping & Delivery
We ship parts within the UAE and export across the GCC and wider region. Below are our key shipping terms.
UAE Delivery
In-stock parts ordered before 12 pm GST (Sunday–Thursday) are typically dispatched same day and delivered within Dubai in 1–2 business days. Delivery to other emirates takes 1–3 business days. A flat-rate delivery fee applies; free delivery is available for orders over $50.
GCC & International Export
We export to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and other countries in the Middle East and beyond. Export shipments are arranged via reputable freight forwarders. Transit times and costs vary by destination — contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Part availability is confirmed at time of order. If a part is out of stock or needs to be sourced, we will notify you of the expected lead time before processing.
