You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 3 days (24-72 hours), provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
General
All online shipping is subjected to stock availability. We at Deal on store trading (dealonstore.com) are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time, but at moments we are challenged by external circumstances, the product might be notified as ‘out of the stock product’. We apologize for the same, and kindly come back to check if it’s restocked! Or any time, our team if contacted can let you know any whereabouts regarding the availability.
When Do We Ship & Deliver ?
When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than 3 days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reached your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Monday to Friday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.
Where Do We Ship & Deliver ?
Abiding by the country’s laws and regulations, our online purchase service is limited to the United Arab emirates. We regret to inform you that placing an order in the UAE and shipping to a location beyond is also not within our limits and capacity. In any case of beginning international shipping, we will be more than happy to cater to you all and make your homes fragrant and peaceful.
Truck Fright
Truck freight applies to orders with large parts or items—such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, etc.—that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via truck freight. Orders are usually processed for shipment within 24-48 hours of your order confirmation date, unless otherwise specified. Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within GCC. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via telephone or email with a revised shipping quote.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please call us immediately to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company. How Can the Payment be Done ?
We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.
